Moroccan cuisine is based on bread so it is not easy to enjoy an interesting and varied Gluten free diet on a Marrakech holiday. There are fresh fruit and vegetables in abundance in the markets in Morocco and we pride ourselves in bringing seasonal produce to our guests attention.

Sample traditional Tagines prepared with gluten free ingredients and a little potato to substitute for the traditional medina bread accompaniment. Try a delicious rice based dish in the style of classic seven vegetable cous cous.
