The Taverna is a great value modest restaurant set around a pretty little garden.

It is located opposite the well known Rennaisance hotel in the centre of the Marrakech New Town of Guiliez.

Simple fare including a variety of salads and grills, wine and beer is also on the menu.

The Bahia Palace was built relatively recently at the end of the 19th Century by Sidi Moussa a leading nobleman of his time who buit his fortune on the slave trade. Under the French protectorate it was used to house French army officers.

Spacious and airy the palace is decorated with mosaics and plaster work. There are a series of courtyard gardens surrounded by majestic state rooms. One the ‘must see’ sights of Marrakech.

The Bahia Palace is located not far South of the Jema al Fnaa square, our Riad Dar Habiba is nearby.

L’ultimo Bacio is a newly opened Italian restaurant in the Marrakech new town of Guiliez. It has a good claim to be the best Italian in Marrakech (we also like Amaia which has similarly excellent food in simpler surroundings).

A decent and varied Italian menu with good sevice. The fresh pasta is a particular treat.

What is even more exceptional about this place is the distinctive and modern decor with attention paid to every detail, this is probably the best lit restaurant in Marrakech!

Your Marrakech Riad staff will be pleased to help make a reservation.

Le Jardin restaurant opened at the beginning of 2012.

Enter through an unassuming doorway near to the Zaouia Sidi Abdelaziz shrine in central Marrakech just around the corner from our Riad Cinnamon.

The setting is beautiful cleverly laid out around a leafy garden in a central courtyard. The plants are nicely lit at night.

Service is friendly and the varied menu comprises both Moroccan and European dishes. The restaurant is licensed.

Marrakech Riad are proud to support the ‘Be inspired‘ event taking place in London on 8 July 2012.

Five Moroccan charities will benefit including the British Moroccan Society.

We believe it is important to give back where possible to the communities in Morocco which make our visitors so welcome.
